Apple TV debuts docu-series with Lin-Manuel Miranda, Spike Lee, Stevie Wonder & More

If you’re looking for a little inspiration, you don’t have to look too far if you’re an Apple TV subscriber. Starting today, the streaming debuted a 10 part docu-series with some of pop culture’s most influential people.

Titled “Dear…,” the series sits down with 10 impactful people and discusses what they changed in the world. The lineup includes world-renowned talk show host Oprah Winfrey, activist Gloria Steinem, smash-hit “Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, famed director Spike Lee, primatologist and anthropologist Jane Goodall, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, singer Stevie Wonder, ballet dancer Misty Copeland, actress Yara Shahidi, and world-famous puppet, Big Bird.

The series showcases the world-changers reading fan letters written to them along with never-heard stories to show just how they’ve shaped society.

If you’re not a subscriber, Apple TV has a regular price of $4.99 a month, but they do offer a 7-day free trial – enough time to get through this series.
