If you’re a sports fan desperate for live action, you’ve got your chance in just a few weeks in you’re a Peacock subscriber.
While the major US leagues are still working on a return, the Premiere League has their plan in place for a June 17 return. And when the action starts back, seven matches will be available live on the NBC streaming service Peacock through July 2.
Kicking things off will be Bournemouth vs. Palace on Saturday, June 20 at 2:45 p.m. The matches are already available through the NBC Sports “Premier League Pass,” which usually runs $9.99 a month. The matches will be ones that aren’t available on NBC’s linear channels like NBC Sports. The rest of the lineup is Newcastle vs. Aston Villa on June 24, Norwich City vs. Everton on June 24, and Wolverhampton Wanderers vs. Bournemouth on June 24, Burnley vs. Watford on June 25 and Bournemouth vs Newcastle and Arsenal vs. Norwich City, both on July 1.
NBC first announced their Premiere League plans at the beginning of the year, saying it’s available to Peacock Premium subscribers ($4.99 a month).
Peacock hasn’t made their official full launch yet, but it is available for certain Xfinity customers at the moment.
